Wally-World Still on that Grind, yo.

Aye, yall seen this shit? Wall Street Journal gettin buck;

http://online.wsj.com/article/SB121755649066303381.html?mod=hpp_us_whats_news

a small exerpt;

"Wal-Mart Stores Inc. is mobilizing its store managers and department supervisors around the country to warn that if Democrats win power in November, they'll likely change federal law to make it easier for workers to unionize companies -- including Wal-Mart.

In recent weeks, thousands of Wal-Mart store managers and department heads have been summoned to mandatory meetings at which the retailer stresses the downside for workers if stores were to be unionized.

According to about a dozen Wal-Mart employees who attended such meetings in seven states, Wal-Mart executives claim that employees at unionized stores would have to pay hefty union dues while getting nothing in return, and may have to go on strike without compensation. Also, unionization could mean fewer jobs as labor costs rise."

^^^yo, they always be/been wyldin, but this is some next level shit.

But basically, it aint no secret that Wal-Mart panders to the ultra-right wing, but to beat a dead horse once again, the right wing is on the same shit as the left wing, but its just different squads tryin to come up over one another (the next blog will dead that shit forever cuz I'm tired of just 'relayin' that). But yeah, Wal-Mart openly terrorizes employees in the workplace with scare tactics akin to early corporation/factory workplaces, mainly good ol' union busting.

The method might have changed, but the game is still the same. Wally-World STAY with many lawsuits from employees complaining of extreme racism, gender bias, and healthcare/benefits robbery; you know, the regular G shit the good ol boy network is hood for. But recently, there was legislation passed called the The Employee Free Choice Act , which basically works in favor of employees tryin to get they union game up and 'attempt' level the playin field.

But shiiiiieeeet (c) Clay Davis, Wal-Mart stay on they grind tryin to bust up the union game, even tho they get caught doin it, like right chea lol

But check out a lil bout this Act;

"The Employee Free Choice Act (H.R. 800, S. 1041), supported by a bipartisan coalition in Congress, would level the playing field for workers and employers and help rebuild America’s middle class. It would restore workers’ freedom to choose a union by:

* Establishing stronger penalties for violation of employee rights when workers seek to form a union and during first-contract negotiations.
* Providing mediation and arbitration for first-contract disputes.
* Allowing employees to form unions by signing cards authorizing union representation."

Now should we believe that this is going to protect workers from the Walton boys? Hell naw. But at least it gives a platform to some smart folks that work at Wal-Mart (chill, some folks don't have a choice yo) to organize and shake shit up when they DO try to rob folks.

Don't shop there if you can help it fam...the list of wild shit they do is crazy. and this is some of the tame shit. They'll fuck up GOOD one day tho. Wrong hood, then its all bad.

How you gonna try and rob the robbers? (c) Jeezy
